What should I pay attention to when transporting and installing injection molding machines?
Transportation of the machine:
Generally, short-distance transportation is not packaged to save time and packaging costs. Pay attention to avoid rainwater during transportation, and cover the rainproof cloth to prevent rainwater from seeping into the machine and causing leakage of electricity and accelerating aging. Bridges, tunnels, and culverts are highly restricted. When the machine is on the train, the height must be limited. Pay attention to the support and fixation of the machine to prevent collision and displacement during transportation. When the long-distance train is checked, it must be packed in wooden boxes for rust and moisture protection. The machine is fixed when packing, and the lifting position mark and delivery place are applied to the wooden box.
Hoisting and handling of machines:
Lifting and installing the machine should choose the crane of the appropriate standard. When lifting, it should be hoisted at the center of gravity of the machine, or lifted according to the position mark on the package. The lifting operation can only be moved by a single action, and cannot be moved at the same time. Shock, swing and invert.
Place the machine in the proper position, the scene is flat, and the machine is leveled, and the anti-vibration pad is placed on the pad to balance the machine movement. In order to facilitate the operation and maintenance of the machine, the machine has a space of 1 to 1.5 meters left and right, and the strength of the machine installation floor is at least 20mm thick reinforced concrete structure.
There are three types of standard injection molding machines: pre-feeding, post-feeding and fixed feeding. Generally, the appropriate feeding method is selected according to the nozzle and the material.
1. Pre-feeding: After each injection is completed, after the plasticization reaches the pre-plastic requirement, the injection seat retreats until the next working cycle, and then the nozzle is in contact with the mold for injection. This method is used when the nozzle temperature is not easy to control, the back pressure is high, and the backflow is prevented.
2. Post-feeding: After the injection is completed, the injection seat is retracted, and then pre-molded. When the next working cycle begins, the injection seat advances and is injected. This method is used for nozzle temperature uncontrollable and processing of clean plastics.
3. Fixed feed: The nozzle remains in contact with the mold throughout the injection molding process. This method is suitable for the case where the nozzle temperature is easy to control and the plastic molding temperature range is wide.
